01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fb008 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website and mobile application operated under the fb008 brand.

By registering an account on fb 008, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first use of the fb008 platform.

fb008 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. 02 Eligibility

To register and use the fb008 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law, participation in casino-style gambling is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. fb008 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your country of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of fb008 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from fb008 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion list or problem gambling register applicable in your jurisdiction.

fb008 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on fb008, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active fb008 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fb008 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. fb008 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify fb008 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of your account security.
• Account Verification (KYC): fb008 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

fb008 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fb008 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit on fb008 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. fb008 may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
• fb008 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which fb008 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. fb008 will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your fb008 account. fb008 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically complete within 1–3 business hours.
• fb008 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to players through the platform.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

fb008 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. fb008 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or are subject to responsible gaming restrictions may not be eligible for certain promotions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: fb008 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit bonus mechanics, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Modification and Withdrawal: fb008 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the fb008 platform — including Dragon Fortune, Treasures of Aztec, Bingo, Slide, Aviator, MG Live, and Super Fruit Machine — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.

• Return to Player (RTP): fb008 publishes RTP rates for all games. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return to players and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Random Number Generation: All non-live games on fb008 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by any external factor.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fb008 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on fb008, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to fb008 immediately.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the fb008 platform or its underlying technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fb008 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the fb008 platform — including but not limited to the fb008 brand name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of fb008 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the fb008 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the fb008 platform without prior written consent.
• Use the fb008 brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any fb008 content or software.
• Use any content from fb008 for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorized use of fb008 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by fb008.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fb008 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your participation in games on the fb008 platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or connectivity issues.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the fb008 platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the fb008 platform or any of its services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the fb008 platform, including game RTP figures, promotional terms, or support communications.

fb008's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fb008's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

fb008 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on fb008, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

fb008 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Filipino players seriously. We recognize that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, some individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviors. fb008 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

12 Account Suspension & Termination

fb008 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to fb008.

Players may also voluntarily close their fb008 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed to fb008.

13 Amendments to These Terms

fb008 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, fb008 will provide notice to registered players through one or more of the following methods:

• Email notification to the address registered on your fb008 account.
• An in-platform notification displayed upon your next login.
• A prominent notice on the fb008 website or mobile application.

Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the fb008 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account before the effective date.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the fb008 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact fb008 support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent fb008 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
